Our Mission

Accelerant was founded by two students at Boston University who kept running into the same problem — always being forced to react after a customer left.

We saw firsthand how much time, energy, and money went into winning accounts, only to watch them quietly churn with little warning or insight into why. That frustration turned into a mission: build a platform that gives teams the power to act before it’s too late.

We created Accelerant to answer the who, what, where, when, and why behind churn — proactively identifying at-risk accounts and equipping customer success teams with the tools to retain them. From the CSM on the front lines to leadership focused on growth, our platform is built to drive impact across the entire company.

What makes Accelerant different is simple — we’ve lived the problem ourselves.

As founders, we experienced the pain of customer churn firsthand and knew that most tools on the market weren’t built with the realities of customer success teams in mind. So we set out to create a platform that actually reflects what CSMs need — clarity, context, and action, all in one place.
